SOMEONE STOLE MY BRAND NEW LENOVO THINKPAD AND MACBOOK PRO. CAN I BLOCK THEM OR TRACE ITHEM?

Leaving a laptop in a car is a very bad idea. Leaving two laptops in a car is a hugely bad idea.

If the person who stole you MacBook is dumb enough to connect it to the internet, then you'll be able to track it by logging onto iCloud. Make sure you report it to the police, because they might be able to recover it for you (it's unlikely, but possible).
Unless you had some extra security software installed on the computer, then I don't think you'll be able to track the thinkpad. Even if you did have tracking software, it's only going to work if the thief turns it on and connects it to the internet, which they almost certainly won't do.

Do you have personal bubble insurance?

If the macbook pro is still logged in with your account then you can go to icloud.com and sign into your account and whenever it is connected to Wi-Fi, it should show the last location. And the thinkpad i'm not too sure about that one.

You are out of luck. However if you would have installed a program called NORTON ANT-THEFT, you would have been able to trace where your computer is, when it was connected to the Internet.
