There's some problem with my laptop how to format?
Maybe faulty driver issues or battery problem or virus, try Safe Mode or System Restore, else if you have the windows 7 recovery or repair disk you can recover your old state of windows 7… Next time make sure you secure your laptop with good antivirus.
Try a bootable disk.
Download this http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/10262494/Windows_7_Ultimate_SP1_X86X64_16in1_Pre-Activated_en-US_ESD
if you don't know how to download with torrent see this http://www.wikihow.com/Download-With-uTorrent
and once you download the file burn it to a dvd or copy it to a thumb drive and install win 7 ultimate in your c: drive.
if you need to ask anything ask me here or Google it up

You should format with any of windows 7 version bootable CD and install fresh version, then copy all data to a external drive. Then you can transfer these data to a new laptop. If you don't have these resources then make a visit to you local PC service centre they can do all that at a very minimum price.
