Try Steam. It is not a game but a kind of launcher thing where you can buy games ( or some for free ). Some games require good graphics but others don't

You can try scribblenauts unlimited or unmasked, (i have the unmasked one) then there's spore, and kerbal space program in which you have to make your own rocket and fly it, gta sanandreas, gta 4 with some lags and there are many more just search for games with low requirement's.
