What is a good gaming laptop that is under 1000 dollars, has NVIDA graphics card, i7 core and is able to run all/most games
What is a good gaming laptop? - 2
Gaming laptops are not very good for gaming (ironic because of the name). One with decent graphics cards and i7s are over $1000. You are looking more into the $1200+ range. But once you get there, they get to be desktop replacements (so heavy and big). All I can say is, look at ASUS ROG laptops and MSI laptops.
You are better off using your existing desktop machine (if you have one) by upgrading it's graphics card, adding more memory (max it out?), processor and if required, power supply unit (the box where the plug goes in). Plus, if you intend to use games that are cross platform (never hurts to research them), you could use an open source free operating system such as linux mint. Steam has linux games, and linux is not (despite stereotypes and misconceptions/misinformation) for hackers or programmers, it's for people like us.
You will not find one under $1,000. They general start around $1200 or $1300.
