Where could I buy a charger that will supply the right amount of voltage?

I just moved from China to go to college but I forgot my charger for my Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop.

Depends upon where in the world you are now. Without that information, no way to guess what supply voltage (240 to 110) and where you might buy one.

Moved to where? 110v western hemisphere? EBay has everything.

Just go to Wal Marts and buy a Powerline Multi volt select from 3v to 12v plus usb charger with all the the connection fitting for different devices…

Just google the part number on the side of the charger, you will get many local hits

A Lenovo charger will be easy to find.

Copy down the voltage requirements from the sticker on the bottom of your laptop. Your college bookstore may have a charger, or they will be able to tell you where to get one locally.

(Don't worry about the "mains" voltage. Just about every charger can take 100 - 240 Volts.)

Voltage is very important and depending on what thinkpad you have can be 16V or 20V output.
To a degree the amperage output also should be considered.
What model thinkpad have you got?
As to the input, they as far as I'm aware for computer equipment 100V-240V AC so good for any country
