I would choose new Lenovo, I'm not a fan of HP and I here that Lenovo are faster then HP

Buy a refurbished Dell Latitude laptop with at least 12 GB memory with an i7 operating system so you'll have a lot of memory space and the laptop will run faster than any laptop you've ever had previously. You won't be sorry you did so.
