both are from Costco, and the same except the only difference I see is the price. Please explain why? Thanks! Of the two, they are almost the same, but the i5-7200U is equal to or faster than the i7-6500U, and the i5 graphics processor is better.

And since the i5 is cheaper, it's surely the better of the two.
The $600 at Costco is the same as the $650 at Best Buy, but Best Buy has the 256GB SSD instead of 1TB HDD. The SSD is only worth about $20 more than the HDD but it is a better feature.
The question is whether you like this Dell 2 in 1
The audio and keyboard are good, but measured against peers has a lot of minuses.
- Screen even though Full HD is stated as a bit dull
- No USB-C port. USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports are the same color.
- Battery life a touch lower than it should be
I hear the HP is better

Lenovo Flex 4 in a 14" is supposed to also be very good, especially with 256GB SSD

It's 3.81 pounds rather than 3.44 of the Dell
Doesn't seem to be a 260 degree hinge, but has a fingerprint reader.
ADD:
http://www.costco.com/...25952.html the lower priced one has the slower processor The cheaper one has a slightly slower processor. If you only plan to do basic student/home stuff with this laptop (Microsoft Office, web browsing, Netflix, light photo editing, etc.) you have no reason to buy the more expensive model. And if you do need to do more, this is entirely the wrong laptop for you. Both CPU's are 2.5 gig even though one is an i5 and the other is an i7.
Both have 8 gig of RAM, but the i5 has 2400 MHz RAM and the i7 has slower 2133 MHz RAM.
Since both have 8 gig of RAM it means that the OS in both systems is 64 bit since a 32 bit OS will only handle 4 gig RAM max!
Best buy in my opinion would be the cheaper i5 since the RAM is faster! Second one i guess
