Lenovo. Don't be fooled by the video card on the Dell. Radeon is part of AMD so just a fancy way of saying integrated
The Intel i7 is a much more powerful and efficient choose.

the CPU is quad core, for better multi-core performance (that's good for video-editing);
it has a dedicated GPU (R7 M445 is stronger than HD 620);
you can activated Dual Graphics (the integrated and the dedicated GPU work together).
