The first one

Out of those, the first one would be best, but as soon as you can afford one, get a decent graphics card like a 750 Ti. This is assuming you are a gamer, and voiding the warranty isn't too scary.

Desktops are the best choice for the gaming you're wanting as internal systems can more freely be upgraded, and the first choice has the best all around performance possibilities

You are going about it wrong. You should get the Specs (Recommend, not minimum) for the games you intend to play. Then compare those to the machines available to you:
Example:
Skyrim wants…
-Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
-Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
-4GB System RAM
-6GB free HDD (Hard disk drive) space
-DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher
-DirectX compatible sound card
-Internet access for Steam activation
