I want to get a laptop which seems best for the price? If you know something the is better than tell me.

I do not want to spend more than $650

What i plan to use it for
Minor gaming{minecraft, dungeon defenders, sims 3, etc}
Learning game development(unity, blender)
normal web searching(youtube…)
Schoolwork maybe…()

The lenovo is the best of them.
it has a 1900x900 resolution screen (1366x768 is unusable, which is the normal laptop resolution for 15.6" and under laptops, except the $800+ ones)
it has a full speed core i5 (the others have the U model cpus, which are ultra-low voltage. So they run at low speeds, but do give it much better battery life).

i suggest buying a 4GB stick of ram that matches the one in your laptop. That way you will have 8GB of ram in dual channel. (requires 2 matching sticks. But brand doesn't have to match).
this drastically increases memory bandwidth, which will improve your integrated graphics performance.

may want to get a laptop cooler aswell, so the laptop is able to hit higher turbo speeds for cpu and igpu.

touch screens are just gimmicks.
they are not nearly as accurate/responsive as most touch screens on smart phones.
you are better off buying a wacom drawing tablet if you want a touch like functionality.

IF you want to get a cheaper laptop with high end features then Lenovo would suit you. If you want to have quality and durability of a laptop that can last longer for years regardless of its price then Dell seems to have a good choice.

Lenovo's are much superior to Dells. For the ones you have above, you need to consider the size. Big screen = more weight so you don't want to lug it around much and larger display. Smaller screens offer less real estate but are much lighter to carry and don't consume batteries as fast.

Addition: Not only are touch screens a gimmick but for desktop computing they are an ergonomic nightmare. People were reporting arm and shoulder problems from this over a year ago, within months of the Windows 8 launch with its gamble-everything-on-touch-screens mentality. On a tablet touch is great. On a desktop it is a PITA and a workman's comp claim waiting to happen.
