Which laptop is better? Asus - ROG GL551JWDS71 or the Lenovo - Y50?

Another thing to add to this post, which of these laptops would be better for Fps (Frames per second)? I know that both of these have the same graphics cards; however, the Asus has 16 gb RAM while the Y50 has 8gb RAM. I did research and a majority individuals say that the RAM does not matter as of right now. Is this claim true or false? I have watched many videos and looked at many posts throughout the internet; additionally, it seems that most people recommend the Lenovo Y50. Only problem is that lenovo Y50 being recommended had 16gb RAM. I appreciate any professional response and anyone who takes their time to read this. Thank you in advance! Also if you could add a little info on why you think one is better than the other please post your reasoning!

The ROG is better.
It's got metal body, and is better built.
The screen on the ROG is better. The keyboard and the touchpad on the ROG is better.
The lenovo is made of cheap plastic, and looks ugly. The keyboard, touchpad and screen are of below-average quality.
The ROG also has more RAM, if you should ever need 16GB!
FPS, there shouldn't be much of a difference, but everywhere else, the ROG wins. If anything, the more RAM will speed up the overall performance (more cache, less HDD access), it can't have a negative effect, even if it doesn't have a positive effect.
Get the ROG. Forget the Lenovo.
