Which laptop is better Lenovo Legion y720 or MSI GS63vr?

Lenovo is from a mainland China company that bought good technology from IBM about 15 years ago, then ran it into the ground.
MSI is from a Taiwan Chinese company that has developed its own technology, and has improved it.
