While the Touch Screen Laptop may seem better, is has a smaller screen, 14" vs 15.5", is lighter so has smaller battery capacity, has Intel video instead of nVidia, and no DVD.
You will also find touch screens are a pain to clean up, and are tiring compared to a mouse.
Go for the Z50.
