Which of these cheap laptops would be better for gaming?

I'm trying to decide between these two Lenovo laptops:

If you're only taking about these, the first one would obviously better since the AMD Radeon HD 8650G is performs way better than the Intel HD 4600.

The first one should easily beat the second one when it comes to games. That's AMD's main advantage over Intel. Everything else usually goes better with Intel.
