When looking at gaming on a budget in the laptop world you need to go with AMD APU thats your best bet if you can't afford a laptop with a dedicated GPU(Graphics card). Also look at the newegg openbox /refurbished section for laptops i got a $1100 gaming laptop for around $580 had some cosmetic issues but i'm still using it 2 years down the road and its still kicking.
But a AMD A10-5750 APU will play most games on medium to low i can play arma 2 on med 1920x1080 on just the on chip GPU 8650g
Well, to be quite honest, all arn't going to run any modern games even on low, and if they do, your cpu and intergrated graphics are more prone to overheating meaning the life of the laptop will be cut short a few years.
So to save you from wasting your money on something that will die quick, invest in a desktop for gaming. If you can't afford a desktop build. Look at Asus laptops. Asus manufacture in gaming parts for gaming desktops.
So there's my oppinion.

Dell has an Inspiron that can run games pretty well at a price point of only $300, the Dell Inspiron 15 can run Minecraft at Medium settings.
