Will my computer run Guild Wars 2?

I have a Lenovo laptop which has an Intel 2020M 2.4Gz processor, 4gb of ram, intel HD graphics, and windows 8.1 OS. It runs WoW at a consitent 30FPS on fair settings and i was just wondering if it would be the same?

I tried them and they say it won't meet the requirements, but if i turn down the graphics settings will it not be alright?
