Will my laptop run Tera in high or ultra setting?

Your computer is over qualified for the game it will run it with nary a problem
in fact most games you will throw at the laptop will run just fine

my desktop is a tier lower then your laptop ( i3 and a geforce 8800 ) and it runs anything i toss at it
so if i can do that you can do it too

I think you should be ok to run it maybe very little lag. Almost unnoticeable
