Lenovo touch screen notebook?

I recently bought a lenovo touch screen notebook and novice to PC.
how do i do online register for the warranty and install anti-virus. Can i use another PC with internet access for doing so? And any tips may advice me.

Not sure what you mean, in anti viruses such as AVG, you can download it on all of your devices under one account.
