I'm trying to boot Windows 10 from a USB drive. I have installed the Windows 10 ISO file on my flash drive using ISO to USB. I have disabled secure boot and switched to legacy first, I even moved the USB option up on the boot order. Still, nothing works. I have an Lenovo Z50-70 if that helps.

Lenovo can be quite a trick make sure that you have enabled the F12 boot menu in BIOS use the F12 boot menu to get up the boot menu and then boot to the stick someone Lenovo require that you push the little blue button to get to the boot menu some require that you press Escape I can't help you over the internet you will have to research this and find out what button brings up your boot menu and secondly if you did not make your stick using the Windows 10 media installation tool that may also be your problem
