My lenovo k3 note not suported google play service?

I brought a lenovo k3 note from china and i unable to open google play store and even google apps. While i try to install from sd card it got install and shows unfortunatly google play services stopped. Any one help me to fix it

Go to settings---> apps ------>all------>google play services------>clear cache and clear data. That should fix the problem.

or

Go to settings ---> apps----> all---->google play services ---> uninstall updates.

I can't install google play service after installing vibe ui 2.8 custom ROM please help I'm tried everything is mention to solved this problem

I bought a k3 note from China. As soon as it got the marshmallow update the google play service and play store disappeared and continuously staying that the Google play service has stooped. I can't even download or update from the Chinese app 'AppCenter'.
