Which one is best while playing high end games. Because moto g is having adreno 305 and lenovo s920 is having sgx544. And also which phone is best in all aspects among these two (considering specs, everything and neglecting brand ).

If you are mainly interested in gaming, then you'll need to find out which games and support you want out of your phone. The SGX544 has impressive clock speeds but lacks higher end opengl support. The Adreno series has always had good opengl support but slower clock speeds compared to the sgx544. It would be better to look at the game requirements that you're going to play and see what is needed to determine which phone to go with.
The adreno 305 series is actually an older one and not a good competitor to the newer sgx544mp3 series seen on newer handsets, including the Galaxy S4. The 305 lags behind on the 1080p hd video scaling and probably would have problems on high end gaming as well. I would suggest going with the SGX544mp3 gpu.
