Is it right for me to have a phone?

I'm a 13 year old, and have an iPad, a Sony Xperia Tipo ( the basic rs 8500 one) and a IPod. I hardly use the iPod, it's basically my fathers old one, not a touch, just for listening songs. I don't like to listen songs in the iPod.
I asked for the phone on my bday last to last year. Mind you I did not get any other gifts except for chocs from every 1( including friends, classmates and relatives, mom said them not to give)
On my 12 bday, mom gave me my iPad mini. I never asked for it.

So now do you think I'm spoilt?!
Should I not use my phone n iPad?! Should I give it back?!

A friend of mine keeps telling me that. She has got quite good parents. They gave her a micro max fun book, Bt she broke it. Then she got a Lenovo tab that too was lost. Her parents now don't trust her, so she only has a hand down android basic smartphone.

So am I really spoiled?! Or she's just being jealous!

Good parents are not defined by the gifts that they give, if you have an ipod then you do not need an iphone hence they are the same thing. If you are willing to take a regular simple cellphone that doesn't cost 400$ then there's nothing wrong with that but if you feel the need to get a new iphone 6 and all the fancy gadgets then yes, its ridiculous. I think a phone is a good idea for a 13 year old for SAFETY reasons, if you have an emergency you can call your parents, but if you already have an ipad, and a ipod regardless of if you asked for it or not, you don't need a fancy phone. A good phone with good service is a good idea, for safety.

I think she is just jealous that she can't be trusted anymore so thats why she's acting like that. If you don't use some of the items do one of the following 1give it back to your parents, 2 ask them if you can sell it or 3 give it to charity.
