Got one for my granddaughter. When she first used it on 12-19, it froze up. It was turned on. Didn't respond to any screen press, Didn't turn off when she pushed power button. Started getting warmer. We left it alone until it died. Charged it up a couple hours. Been working perfect since. She likes it better than the Asus ME172V-A1-GR 16 GB that her sisters got at the same time.
