New Computer soon, will Wi-Fi passwords move with my Microsoft account?

Getting a new computer soon (Anyone looking for a computer, windows 8 sucks without a touchscreen!) Not sure if i'm getting a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro or Lenovo IdeaCentre Horizon. That doesn't matter right now, I came for another reason. I have since boxed up all my other laptops and moved to windows 8. I have a pretty immense Wi-Fi password database built up, I have at least 800 (I have NO idea how to check how many for sure, just a guess). I do NOT want to ask for these passwords again, especially works Wi-Fi password. Is switching computers the same general aspect as android? On my Android tablet, if I type in a Wi-Fi password, it goes to my phone so I only have to type it once. It works on my google account, so does microsoft work the same for computer to computer? I just want everything (Like Wi-Fi passwords) to sync to my new computer when I login. Is there any software that does this for me if microsoft doesn't? Can I do it manually by copying a file where the passwords are kept? Thanks!

Added (1). I DON't WANT TO JAIL BREAK IT! I just want to move Wi-Fi passwords from PC 1 to PC 2 with my microsoft account! If it means uploading the file they are all saved in to skydrive (OneDrive) then so be it!
