Upgrading graphics card in lenovo all in one pc b40 series?

Before buying this pc, I want to know if I'm able to dive in the back of the pc to upgrade the graphics card if I ever wanted to. Along with adding on RAM and also upgrading the processor.

Added (1). Link to pc, I may buy:

You can't upgrade a AIO. They use mobile CPU's and GPU's soldered to the motherboard. The RAM and HDD/SSD is the only thing that can be upgraded.

You will be wanting a Laptop GFX. I'm not 100% sure. But it might not be a typical PCI port.

All-in-one in general is a laptop merged into a display. You get the same upgradability.
You can generally add ram, change the HDD to SSD.
Upgrade of CPU or graphics is very limited.

Requirements for upgrading:
Socketed parts rather than motherboard soldered.
Matching socket.
Matching core logic.
No restrictions in bios startup software.
Wattage capable for the motherboard.
Heat removal designed for any wattage increase.
You need to find parts that are compatible.

There's no assistance available from the brand selling it so it is a guessing game.

For the particular product you show,
Intel® Pentium® processor G3250T

Pentium G3250 whose clock has been lowered. Estimated passmark about 3000.
This is about 3rd gen core i3 laptop Core i3-3110M, a little below i5-4200U, i3-4000M. It is below core i's of desktop/tower PCs.
It is a Socket 1150 / H3 / LGA1150 like 4th gen core i desktop PCs.
The graphics is integrated with the CPU, so if the cpu is upgraded, the integrated graphics would upgrade with it, and limited to Intel HD 4600.
Looking at B40's at Lenovo.com,
http://shop.lenovo.com/...es/b40-30/
upgrades are 4th Generation Intel Core i5-4460T Processor (1.90GHz 1600MHz 6MB)
4th Generation Intel Core i3-4150T Processor (3.00GHz 1600MHz 3MB)
You can buy the unit with one to start, or likely can change it later at its cost.

Retail Price: $435.50, special holiday discounted to $326.63
Similar CPUs for Desktop/towers for consumer purchase are $175.

In case of repair, the entire unit requires it. Laptops are easy to ship. Desktop/Towers can often be self-repaired. For all-in-ones, save all the packaging material or make sure you have a service available to repair it (Best Buy charges a lot for repairs out of warranty).
The i3 of lower performance is $120 to $150.

Those are the likely upgrade parts expected successful. No other parts would be acceptable unless lucky.
They raise graphics from Intel HD to HD 4600.

When you are buying that all-in-one, you are buying a $300 21.5" 1080p IPS Touchscreen display, and a $350 laptop guts embedded, and is on-sale as shown.
