I have a Lenovo u530 Touch computer, with a NVIDIA Geforce GT 730M processor, a 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4510U Processor (2.00GHz 1600 MHz 4MB) and 8.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz. I'm trying to run assassin's creed IV but it keeps having low framerate, even when i have set the graphical settings all to low. Any help?

What would you like us to do? That graphics card doesn't meet the minimum graphics card requirements. Your only option is to get a new graphics card.
Computers
You have a "touch" laptop computer. Those are usually not upgradable for video. You are stuck with what you have, sorry. It is not a mid to high end gaming machine (low end games may be ok…)
