What is better - toshiba c850, toshiba c50 or lenovo b50?

I've researched the specs on all 3 and I 'll have to tell you that ANY notebook with a Celeron processor will be sluggish and frustrating to use. At a MINIMUM try to find a Toshiba c850 with an i3 processor, as the integrated graphics on the newer Haswell i3's are not totally dismal, but are not killer either. I understand the price point you are dabbling in and unfortunately entry level notebooks are uninspiring and lackluster.
