For SINGLE SIM, Best is sony xperia m its comes with Lastest NFC technology. Other Samsung galaxy express have 4G n NFC at 10k. In last nokia520 good option. For DUAL SIM, Samsung galaxy fame at 8.5k n Samsung galaxy S dual at 9.5k
