Why do I get low FPS in this game?

Why do I get low FPS in this game? - 1

Added (1). Hi I was wondering why I'm having problems running a game called "Rust" on my computer. Even on the lowest of settings I only get 29-32 fps. My PC can run a high quality game like APB: Reloaded and get 59-62 fps on high quality.

I'm just wondering what the problem is and if their is anything I can do to run "Rust" with higher fps and. I'm think its the graphic card, but not sure.

This even happens to me. Rust is a very graphic intense game. Maybe try editing some of the config files and making sure your graphics card settings are set right.
