Why is gta 5 ingame objects disapearing like biuldings and mountains when i have the pc requirements?

Hi, you propably know the quesion by the title but i have a few things to add:
ALL my drivers are up-to-date
when i change the priority to high or realtime i get major sound stutter
my game runs smooth but the objects still disapear

You have integrated video, those are not designed for gaming. While those can handle many games, they do not handle high end games well, if at all. They just don't have the graphics power.
Objects are probably disappearing because of limited "dedicated video ram", which is chips soldered to the video system. That is different than "shared system ram" often used for integrated videos. The game may be using dedicated video ram (what you have of it… Probably not a lot) to store some images, and as the game progresses, it needs more video ram for the "action scenes" and drops static things like buildings in the background…
