Windows 8.1 caused limited Wi-Fi so i refreshed my pc and got back my win 8 BUT the bluetooth is missing

How can i enable my bluetooth on my lenovo g580 model 20150.
fn+f5 only shows up the airplane mode on and off but no bluetooth icon seen on my tray like the way i used see before…

please help me out in this issue. I'm trying to connect my LP to cellphone for internet connection during the those times when Wi-Fi is down.

"refreshed my pc" isn't a real thing, can you tell us what you really did?

edit: ok, i take that back, reading about it now.

edit edit: well that's no clearer. I was going to suggest you need the bluetooth driver, but I can't see if reshesh uses some kind of pre-stored image or what.
