Would a HP Stream 11 be able to run games such as Fallout?

I'm planning On buying a Hp Stream 11 soon and I was wondering if it would be able to run games such as Fallout 3, even on low res graphics.

I tried it and it runs at around 25-30 fps on medium Note: it will take about one third of your hard disk drive
