13'' Macbook Pro (late 2013) for Mechanical Engineer?

I'm a mechanical engineer. I use pro/e, Creo, solid works, uni graphics, Catia, ansys, fluent, etc. And a lot of other mechanical softwares.

IS IT BENEFAL TO ME IF I BUY MACBOOK PRO (LATE 2013), reitna display. Will i be able to work on any mechanical engineering softwares easily?

will the configuration of 13'' mac pro is enough with intel iris graphics?

I also have same problem. My friend told me when he work with ansys meshing will be difficult on ultrabook.normal operation like modeling and assembling won't be a problem. I don't think rendering in 4k can be done in mbp 13.
if you have experience with mbp 13 with all this this please share
