Can someone see you through computer?

I accidentally entered this site: http://free-chat-rooms-onlinecqmm.ga/chat-with-selena-gomez-chatbot-mitsuku-botachtactical-code-lyoko/ thinking it'd be a hilarious fake chat with Selena and a chatbot(you know, fake) and cartoons but I saw some realstic looking people and it's scary! Does anyone see me? Are those recordings? I do not have a web cam on my computer as far as I know. I've a windows 8 with lenovo, but no web cam.
