Why does my computer keep popping up this message?

Each time I turn on my computer or wake it up, this message pops up:
RunDLL
There was a problem starting C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugi…

The specified module could not be found. The only option is to click OK. Everything else seems to be working. What does this message mean? Should I be worried? How can I fix it? Thanks for your help!
I'm not very knowlegeable with computers. Please explain in layman's terms!

It just won't display your battery percent

I don't know what the hell laymen's terms means, but your problem just means the file rundll is missing from your computer or corrupted. You just have to replace it using your windows cd and use repair windows option. Its located in system32 folder, go see if its there

You can find the application in the msconfig and disable it from start-up and it should prevent the warning from showing up. May also improve boot times.

Because lenovo havnt made their gauge hibernation compliant, or because you are missing some supporting framework(which is not your fault), such as the VC(visual C) runtime dll. As most exe's are written using VC, its a common problem. It will not hurt the system to install the VC runtime.See if that cures it.
