Are Lenovo desktop computers good?

We got one on Thursday and so far we have had two problems. First issue was a virus which I understand any computer can get but today our internet doesn't work on the computer. Our Wi-Fi works good just not the internet on our desktop computer.

I prefer hp.com.
lenovo are IBMs bought by China.

Virus has nothing to do with the brand
Go with an acer if you need to to game

Hand me the sun ID does not understand that all laptops are made in China, and Desktop/Towers are really just a set of standard parts most made in China also.
No brand is any good for the price in towers. Building your own from good quality is better, or a custom or semi-custom. Lenovo towers are higher rated than HPs, and Lenovo products on average are also.

Virus is Internet software related only. Brand of PC has nothing to do with it, except the overpriced Apple running OSX. Wi-Fi on a Desktop-tower usually needs a good antenna. Ethernet is motherboard related, and both HP and Lenovo are using similar ethernet. If you wanted good ethernet, again, you need to build your own.
Not as hard as you think:

It is all a matter of what you want to spend for what performance.

In Desktop/Towers with a brand you know, most are the same, but Asus is a bit better.

Lenovo machines are great. As far as laptops go, Lenovo is the #1 mainstream Windows PC mfg.

Getting a virus will happen within minutes of connecting to the internet without an AV program. You MUST install a reliable AV.

The Wi-Fi issue is almost certainly connected to the virus/malware which commonly changes things like proxy settings, DNS settings, the hosts file contents, etc., all of which will render your Wi-Fi connection dead.
