Can I play the sims 2, sims 3, and sims 4 on this?

Hi! So i want to buy a desktop to play my sims games on because playing on a laptop is making it really laggy and basically unplayable.

None of those games are particularly demanding by today's standards. So yes, you should be able to run them on either system without any issue. The monitor doesn't really matter as long as your graphics card and the monitor have the same video ports.
