Can you play The Sims 4 on a Lenovo ThinkPad R60? - 1

Added (1). I know that there are system requirements needed of the sims 4 but I'm not a computer geek so I don't know what any of the requirements actually mean. Can anyone tell me of the Lenovo ThinkPad R60 meets the system requirements to play the sims 4.

I'm not sure what that is, but as far as i know, it's only for PC and Mac. Hope that helps a little bit.
