Is this Desktop any good for playing games?

I'm looking into buying a new Desktop but am very confused about which one to buy.

I would be playing games, really Just the sims 3 and/or 4.
Can you tell me if this one would be good enough please?

Assuming you got the 1st model it won't run it very nicely.Though the 2nd one is pretty good and it whould run it smoothly.
