Ok so I have this Lenovo computer that I bought and btw I'm not a computer genius but I know the basics.
Anyway, it keeps saying windows intel graphics card has failed.
Here are my specs
Mother board: Lenovo Sharkbay
Cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @3.60GHz
16 gigabytes of DD3 RAM
Graphics: Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600
HDD:2TB
I also have a acer monitor that has 16.7m colors and has response time of 5ms

You don't have a "graphics card". The Intel HD 4600 is a part of the i7 chip. Probably not up to whatever you are asking it to do.
Get a desktop video card that can be plugged into the Sharkbay motherboard. There are thousands of different ones available. Pick one that can perform the tasks that computer does.
Now it is up to you.

Your graphics card is failing then if that's what it says. Since it's an on-board graphics card you likely can just buy a dedicated graphics card and install in on your system. I would look for driver issues relating to the intel chipset you have installed.
