My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting me on my computer?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad, and this has been like this ever since I got it. My home internet is a good Wi-Fi. There's literally no problems with it whatsoever. My iPhone connects fine to the Wi-Fi, and so does my desktop. But on my computer, this Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. I have to manually go back into connections and reset it. It is super tedious and annoying. You don't know how many times I was uploading a YouTube video and my Wi-Fi just crashes. I really can't use my computer anymore. Please, I beg of someone to help me fix my computer.

The signal may be getting interference from a Microwave oven, or mobile phone in the area.
I gave up on Wi-Fi, and I only use LAN now. Marginally faster too.

Quite a common occurrence due to the power saving features of laptops, so it may be that. I'll give you a copy/paste of an answer I gave a short while back that helped with this exact problem:

There can be a number of reasons why this happens, a quite common one with laptops is their insistence on saving power. When connected, right click the wireless icon on the bottom right of windows (in desktop mode) and click 'network and sharing center'. On the left side, click change adapter settings.
This should show your network devices, right click on the wireless device and select properties. In the windows that opens click the configure button and navigate to the 'power management' tab. Untick the box that 'allows windows to turn off this device'.

After doing this, use windows search to find the 'power options' setting, whichever plan is selected click change plan settings and then click advanced power settings.
Scroll to wireless adapter settings and ensure that both plugged in and battery are set to maximum power.

With a bit of luck this will be the cause of the issue, and you won't have to try anything further

You can try to move the laptop closer to the wireless access point. If it still couldn't work, there should be something wrong with the laptop's wireless adapter setting. Generally, you can try to update the driver for the wireless adapter like this, http://www.mywifirouter.me/blog/how-to-update-laptop-wireless-driver-for-wireless-connection/
