Define gaming simple question but there a wide scope here. If you want this for the latest Battle field or assassin creed i believe you may be disappointed with both of them, if you want this for mine craft there both fine
neither one of these pc's will play a top 10 title at playable frame rates (my opinion if frames per secound are below 20 i say the games unplayable some may argue i personally like 60+) processor and ram wise there both okish but graphics of them are pretty bad first one has a 720gt curious as to why tobehonest since the haswell in built Intel graphics probably doesn't perform that much worse to a 720gt although at least it has its own dedicated memory. This is a extremely low card designed for media users (watching a film browsing the net doing office documents not rendering polygons on latest game)
and the 2nd is a AMD Radeon HD 8670D i would point out the cpu is a apu meaning the graphics are built in to the cpu, this will affect games as it will share memory with the pc partion x amount of ram for graphics although according to its passmark it is a bit more beefier than the 720gt so by that point there about the same level
