Which setup is better for dolphin?

First off I own the games i'm trying to emulate.Ok here is the deal: I have 2 PC's, one that is a desktop that I use for schoolwork. The other is a lenovo all in one that was given to me when I went to college, that I just mess around on. I want to run dolphin with the fastest FPS possible (my dream is to play 4 player split screen mario kart double dash, but i don't know if this is possible with my hardware).

Here are the specs for the two systems. I know NOTHING about computer hardware so help is much appreciated! I ALSO have a amd phenom x4 9800GT XLR8 performance edition graphics card laying around that I could put into either computer, could y'all tell me if this would be an upgrade or even worse? Thank you FOR YOUR TIME! https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/images/sm… Iggrin.gif

If I'm not mistaken, dolphin emulates games using CPU capabilities almost exclusively so the i5-4430 is your best option.

Your system RAM might become a bottleneck, depending on the settings you choose.

This site runs a test to see if your computer, will meet the system requirements, for any game.
