I just bought an external Lenovo hard drive and I wanted to start using it.
So I plugged it into my Macbook and tried to drag and drop my items into it.
But it doesn't allow me to!
It's like as if it's locked and I can't seem to unlock it
How do I solve this problem?

Probably that hard disk came from Lenovo with format on it for Windows file systems. Check that with Lenovo and how to change it to the system that a MacOS machine can use.
Best guess from no model numbers on anything.
