How to get my activation/product key?

I just bought a Lenovo all in one computer from best buy earlier today. I've never had a problem with getting computers from them until today. For whatever reason, my Windows 8.1 is not activated. I thought it was automatically supposed to be activated. I don't know where or how to find the product key. Its nowhere on the computer itself and its not on the box either. How can I find this info so I can activate windows and upgrade to windows 10?

You should have a OEM Sticker if its a Lenovo…

Original Equipment Manufacture Label which has Build of Device and OEM Serial used for Operating System…

What you need to do is see if that Lenovo was originally a Windows 7 or Windows 8RT version and Best Buy upgraded the OS when they sold it… They could have sold you their floor model as well…

Call Best buy to get this situation fixed or do a MS Over the Phone Activation… Which you will find when you click Activate and it rejects you.

open exe
click on the blue button or icon
your windows will be activated
If didn't get shotcut exe file you can check for kmspico folder in program files FILEname-Kmspico
