I have a Lenovo Edge 2 and my only issue is when I leave it for a while it goes to sleep. The display refuses to turn on so I'm forced to restart the computer. I have gone into the display/power options and tried turning everything to either never or high performance so that it would keep the screen from turning off.
Any additional ideas?

I believe Lenovo customer service might have an answer to that. Contact them for the support you already paid for.

I did contact them and they attempted to look at my settings and fix it. They changed nothing.
