I have a new Lenovo, and when I move the cursor using the touchpad sometimes it scrolls the whole page up and down. I checked in the settings but didn't see anything. Any way of disabling this feature?

In the control panel you need to go to the mouse settings. There should be a special tab called device settings, and you should see your mouse there, then click settings, and that should have all of the different gesturing features with check boxes to disable them. I have done this to disable the tap to click and finger scrolling on my HP, Toshiba, and my Lenovo. I hope this helped.
