I bought my new lenovo phone recently and wish to transfer my character from my old samsung phone to lenovo phone. Tried to contact customer support but they said that they unable to do it.
i have read that transferring additional files (from Android/obb) from one phone to another might help, i tried but it doesn't work.
anything i missed? Or is there any way?
