How to transfer files through bluetooth f my android phone to my lenovo s21e laptop? Details inside?

So i know the problem is not my android phone because my android phone has no problem sending and receiving files from other laptops… But with my lenovo s21e laptop, my lenovo laptop will NOT receive files through bluetooth. It can only SEND files through bluetooth. Please help! They are already paired… I want to send photos from my phone to my lenovo laptop…
