So after a pc restart my Bluetooth speaker wouldn't connect. When I checked settings and tried it said I couldn't connect and when I tried control panel > blue tooth settings > allow discovery, it said it couldn't complete the changes. So I read online to delete my old drivers and install my new ones off the Lenovo website. I've downloaded them onto my pc but struggled to workout how to install them. I clicked on the files one by one and seemed to install them from the folder. I restated my computer as it asked and no Bluetooth drivers can be found in device manager. What's going on? Has my Bluetooth card inside my pc disconnected or have I just made a rookie mistake? All I wanted was to reconnect my speaker and I've gone and ruined my computer lmao. Any help would be appreciated
I just deleted Bluetooth from device manager! Help meh?

You have an unknown Windows version running in some unknown Lenovo "pc". Beyond that, I can't make any more guesses to help you.
